'DWTS': William Levy & Cheryl Burke Talk To 'Access Hollywood'

Interviewed on Access Hollywood following their bummer of a performance on Monday’s DWTS, William Levy said, “It was a horrible night for us. Man! I messed up and it went wrong. We took a chance and things can happen.”

Will’s visibly irritated partner Cheryl Burke explained that during a dance maneuver, Levy stepped on her foot and her shoe came off, which threw off the rest of the couple’s "Jive" dance. "I wish we could do it again. I wish the show wasn’t live,” she said. "He missed my leg, he couldn’t see my leg and stepped on the shoe and my foot came out." Will added, "And the rest went downhill from that."

As the interviewer pressed on about every minutia, William added, "We tried our best. We’ve got to be positive about it and move on." Burke: "Shit happens."

When asked what he'd tell his son, who was present in the audience Monday, William said, "It’s not about how many times you fall. It’s about how many times you get up." See the interview here.
